holds a bachelor’s degree in Law, studied Islamic Studies and Arabic Language. An experienced tour guide, journalist and teacher. He has also undertaken several international speaking tours to raise awareness about the Negev and its issues, including engagements at the United Nations, the British Parliament, and in Russia, among other places.
Mirvat Abu Hudayba

Mirvat Abu Hudayba is a PhD candidate in the Department of Politics and Governance. She currently resides in Rahat and originates from the formerly unrecognized village of Wadi Samara. She is a mother of two children, Karmel and Eyas.
She is engaged in public affairs related to the Arab community in the south, with a particular focus on education and public policy. She is a former teacher and currently works as a researcher at the NAS Research and Consulting Company.
