holds a bachelor’s degree in Law, studied Islamic Studies and Arabic Language. An experienced tour guide, journalist and teacher. He has also undertaken several international speaking tours to raise awareness about the Negev and its issues, including engagements at the United Nations, the British Parliament, and in Russia, among other places.

Amir Abu Qweider is a community activist with an academic background in cognitive sciences. He has worked as a parliamentary assistant and has been involved in supporting associations and public organizations.

Suleiman Al-Zabarqa is the director of a chain of hearing centers and a social activist. He has long been active in advocating for the rights of people with hearing impairments in the Negev.

Mirvat Abu Hudayba is a PhD candidate in the Department of Politics and Governance. She currently resides in Rahat and originates from the formerly unrecognized village of Wadi Samara. She is a mother of two children, Karmel and Eyas. She is engaged in public affairs related to the Arab community in the south, with a particular focus on education and public policy. She is a former teacher and currently works as a researcher at the NAS Research and Consulting Company.

Sami Abu Ayash is a lawyer and active community activist. He is engaged in work related to urban structural planning (master plans) for Arab towns, particularly the city of Rahat.

Hind Al-Sanea is a political and social activist. She holds a degree in Media Studies from Birzeit University.

Huda Abu Obeid is a political activist and holds a law degree. She is the Director General of the Negev Coexistence Forum.

Omri Al-Nasasra holds a bachelor’s degree in Genetic Engineering.
